Happy new year to all our faithful blog readers! Looking forward to another blogging year with many more happy memories we can share with you. Its amazing to see Naomi growing and the blog gives a great inside into her development, hope you enjoy it as much as we do. It has been an amazing year for us with Naomi's arrival in our lives and we give thanks to God every day for such a beautiful gift! We had an fantastic xmas and new year with our families and Leonore particularly enjoyed not having to work! as you can see on the photo's we had lots of family and friends get to togethers and we spend a week with Leonore's brother Adriaan, Rebecca and Anna at Leonore's parents. The girls loved it and Anna was always happy to see Naomi saying her name whenever she was in the room.
Naomi is doing great. She is sitting up almost by herself now and is a the stage of grabbing everything and putting it in her mouth, including her toes! We have to watch our plates as she's going for it. We are feeding her lovely fruit smoothies that mama quite likes as well and pureed veg, so yes we are having lots of fun feeding times. She is teething (still) and we are waiting for that first tooth to arrive, hence the red cheeks on the photo! Well thats you up to date I think.
Daddy and mama are great too. Chris is starting a new account as he got promoted. Hopefully it will mean less trips away from home which will be fab as he misses his little girl lots. Leo is still loving being at home and the weeks are quite filled with meeting friends, neighbours, going swimming, house jobs etc. Its a special time and we are looking forward this new year and all it will bring.
